We will have full sized "pullman" sandwich loaves (about 20 slices) or half sized, which is equivalent to a standard sized loaf of bread. We may also substutute with the equivilent amount of round or fancy loaves if we have plenty 😉 If you don't have a way to slice it, let us know and we can do that for you. Full = about 20 slices. I'll probably be making something simple, like wheat or oatmeal and honey as it goes with about everything, but you may get something fancier too. It freezes well, just slice before you freeze it.Bread QuantityQuantity Desired Chocolate Grab Bag$5$10$15$25$50We occasionally order chocolate from a company that sends us a grab bag of gourmet chocolate for half the regular retail price. We get whatever they send us, and it "may be" bloomed, broken, or even out of date, but its usually in perfect condition 🙂 This is great chocolate, all from companies that go the extra mile. We get big packs and split them down into more manageable sizes. Just choose a dollar amount, (10, 25, 50, etc) and you'll get an assortment of fantastic chocolate worth at least twice what you paid. They are both fair trade and organic, and whole, undamaged beans, shorter length makes them extract grade, and there are 150-175 beans per pound, (9-12/oz) .
